Welcome to DESTA Black Youth Network (Montreal). We are a non-profit organization that aims to support the empowerment process, reinforce authenticity and promote excellence among black youth. Our mandate is to guide them by offering them free tutoring and financial support to complete high school studies, by supporting those who suffer from mental health problems, by offering counseling and reintegration services for those who are. incarcerated or who have been, and by creating a community network through the members of One Full Circle (OFC).
Provide a chance for black youth who are not developing to their full potential in the mainstream education system to graduate from high school through free tutoring and financial support.
Provide free individual and group counseling to black youth and young adults with mental health issues.
Provide counseling and reintegration services to those who have been incarcerated, through advocacy, mentoring, guidance and work placement.
By becoming a member, you receive access to the directory of community resources that has been established to unite Francophones and Anglophones of the black community, while considering the specific needs of this community as a whole.
