Entrée chez soi Brome-Missisquoi supports people living with mental health problems in the community and accompanies them towards autonomy through a global and alternative approach in a popular education perspective by recognizing the citizen's ability to influence the environment, the community and social causes, thus promoting their full development.
Entrée chez soi Brome-Missisquoi has currently five (5) places in transitional housing.
The person who wishes to have this type of service can call directly on the organization. They commit themselves on a voluntary basis and must follow the organization's operating rules. The team works towards autonomy in housing, while supporting and encouraging the person in all areas of his or her life. Transitional housing allows the person to avoid being uprooted when possible, to avoid a traumatic hospitalization and to find a form of stability. The stay can be from a few months to a maximum of 2 years.

The organization has 11 units (unfurnished, with electricity included) in Farnham and 13 units in Cowansville. These units are subsidized by the Office municipal d'habitation de Brome-Missisquoi and the cost of rent is 25% of the income of the tenant(s) (plus fees for electricity, parking, access to the laundry room, except for the 4 ½).

Entrée Chez Soi Brome-Missisquoi offers mental health follow-ups in the community. The follow-ups can touch all areas of the person's life and must be of a light intensity.

The public is invited to have a coffee, share and discuss various topics. Group support is offered. For the tenants, it is also accompaniment, help in maintaining housing and follow-up.
