  Mission

  • Promote training and harmony in the services provided to clients of the compensatory work program in order to promote alternative measures to imprisonment;
  • Support its members who interact daily with more than 4,500 hospitality organizations receiving more than 12,000 clients in compensatory work each year.

  Objectives

  • Foster interrelation, collaboration, mutual aid, cooperation and the exchange of information between members
  • Encourage and promote any initiative aimed at improving situations or issues of common interest
  • Support members in their demands, develop strategy tools to defend their interests and interest them in any action that can promote the achievement of these common objectives
  • Represent the members to the ministry or to all bodies for any other file of common interest
  • Promote the community action of members in the community and take charge of the community of our target clientele
  • Promote and defend the collective rights of the various clienteles of the program
  • Promote the intervention of members to customers
