RÉHAB

Since 1982, RÉHAB has been helping to prevent risky behaviors, rehabilitate and socially reintegrate adults and aging people with behavioral, delinquency, addiction, mental and/or physical health problems.

RÉHAB manages 11 service centers in the Chaudière-Appalaches and Capitale-Nationale territories, in addition to offering virtual services. In total, 37 assistance programs make up the range of services offered to the adult population.

Our services

  • Beauce CRC

    Contracted and compliant with the standards of the Department of Public Security and Correctional Service Canada, CRC Beauce is the only halfway house certified in drug addiction and it accommodates 32 residents in its facilities.

    CRC Beauce offers 9 programs that meet the needs of adult and / or addicted men. In order to offer programming that meets the specific needs of its residents, a rigorous assessment is carried out before admission.

    Nouveau Jour Therapy

    The Nouveau Jour program is a certified drug addiction therapy that promotes the complete cessation of the use of intoxicants (alcohol, drugs, medication).Lasting 13 weeks with the possibility of extension if necessary, New Day therapy includes more than 540 hours of thematic group workshops in addition to individual follow-up on a weekly basis.

    Target clientele: Adult men with a problem with drug use.

    Short-term intensive program

    The short-term intensive program targets drug addiction rehabilitation (alcohol, drugs, medication). Lasting 5 weeks with the possibility of extension if necessary, the Short Intensive Program includes 195 hours of thematic group workshops in addition to individual follow-up on a weekly basis.

    Target clientele: Adult men subject to a sentence of less than 6 months.

    Rafale Program

    The Rafale program promotes the best management of aggressive, impulsive or violent behavior. Lasting 13 weeks with the possibility of extension if necessary, the Rafale program includes more than 540 hours of thematic group workshops in addition to individual follow-up on a weekly basis.

    Target clientele: Adult criminalized man presenting a problem of aggression, impulsiveness or violence.

    Arna-Coeur Program

    The Arna-coeur program specializes in stopping manipulative behavior and behavior leading to theft and fraud. The program also includes a component on compulsive gambling awareness. Lasting 13 weeks with the possibility of extension if necessary, the Arna-Coeur program includes more than 540 hours of thematic group workshops in addition to individual follow-up on a weekly basis.

    Target clientele: Adult criminalized man with a problem of fraud, theft and / or compulsive gambling.

    Accès-Travail Program

    The Accès-Travail program aims to gradually integrate into the labor market while offering thematic group workshops. Offered from April to October, residents registered in an assistance program can join the Accès-Travail program according to employers' needs, at the discretion of the clinical team.

    Target clientele: Resident of CRC Beauce enrolled in a 13-week assistance program with high motivation in the face of their social reintegration process.

    Social reintegration Program

    The Social Reintegration program is transitional accommodation allowing better personal care through empowerment and increased social skills. Lasting from 1 to 6 months, with the possibility of extension if necessary, the Social Reintegration program promotes professional reintegration and / or the return to studies.

    Target clientele: Adult criminalized man requiring assiduous support as well as an intervention focused on the acquisition of basic social skills in order to allow reintegration into the community.

    Social reintegration Program - Strudy Project

    The Social Reintegration - Study Project program is a transitional accommodation providing access to vocational training offered by the Builders Training Center. Lasting from 1 to 6 months with the possibility of extension if necessary, the Social Reintegration - Study Project program offers access to the following DEP: Carpentry-joinery, electricity, cabinet-making, operation of industrial machines, accounting, secretarial work and accounting, kitchen, infographic.

    Target clientele: Adult criminalized man motivated to undertake a DEP and requiring the supervision of a halfway house in order to reintegrate the community.

    Dépannage en CRC program

    The CRC Troubleshooting program is temporary accommodation allowing quick access to supervision.

    Target clientele: Men with probation orders requiring accommodation and rapid access to supervision.

    Azimut in CRC

    Lasting 5 or 13 weeks, L'Azimut en CRC offers 10 programs focused on awareness and intervention with regard to problematic behavior.

    Target clientele: Residents of CRC Beauce enrolled in the Social Reintegration program who wish to obtain professional help to change their behavior.

  • Maison Henri Dutil

    Contracted and compliant with Correctional Service Canada standards, Maison Henri Dutil is the only halfway house specialized for aging clients and accommodates 10 residents in its facilities.

    The Mieux Vivre program aims to break isolation and regain one's dignity following imprisonment. The 17-week Mieux Vivre program includes activities that promote the physical and mental health of the participant, as well as cooking workshops.

    The goal of the supervised apartment program is to provide food and shelter to men under CSC jurisdiction who are not under house arrest.

    Contracted and certified by the CISSS-CA, the Pavillon L'Entre-Temps is an accommodation resource for men and women with addiction and / or mental health problems. The Pavillon L'Entre-Temps offers 6 programs in its range of services.

    Services

    • Recovery assistance and support service following intoxication : The objective is to provide safe supervision following the temporary cessation of excessive consumption in order to partially recover physically and mentally.
    • Detoxification Help and Support Service: The goal is to provide safe supervision following complete cessation of drug use in order to completely eliminate the substance from the human body.
    • Temporary accommodation service: The objective is to provide accommodation for a maximum of 10 days in order to update an intervention plan for social reintegration or to promote the onset of abstinence.
    • Alternative level of care (NSA): The objective is to offer transitional accommodation for a maximum of 3 months after a visit to the psychiatry department at Hôtel Dieu de Lévis in order to integrate accommodation or a resource.

    À contrat depuis 2002 avec le CISSS-CA ainsi que le Ministère de la sécurité publique, les programmes L’Azimut sont des ateliers de sensibilisation en toxicomanie, en délinquance adulte et en gestion des émotions offerts sous forme d’ateliers de groupe. L’objectif consiste à développer la motivation et à encourager les participants à s’investir dans les programmes spécialisés en toxicomanie. 11 programmes sont offerts dans 6 centres de services ainsi que sous la forme virtuelle, les rendant ainsi accessible partout à travers la province de Québec.
