Anne-Ophélie Robillard
Executive director (maternity leave)
Originally from France, Anne-Ophélie first studied sociology and anthropology in Belgium, before continuing her academic journey in psychology and criminology in Montreal. With ten years of experience in community work, particularly with women in vulnerable situations, she joined the ASRSQ team in 2021, first as a training officer, then as coordinator. Since 2024, she has been serving as the organization's Executive Director, bringing her energy and vision to support the mission of the ASRSQ.
Luana Boxéro
Interim executive director
As a member of the ASRSQ team since 2022, first as a training officer and then as coordinator since 2024, Luana actively contributes to the coordination of the association’s internal activities. With experience in France in the fields of social integration as well as in a managerial role within the prison administration, she has continued her commitment to supporting vulnerable individuals since arriving in Quebec in 2018. Passionate about helping others, she dedicates her energy to rebuilding human connections and fostering a spirit of community.
Corinne Gauthier
Training Agent
Since 2023, Corinne has served as a Training Officer at ASRSQ. Holding a bachelor's degree in the study of criminal behavior, she has a strong interest in understanding human behavior and reintegration issues. Thanks to her experience in a halfway house, she has a well-informed perspective on the challenges faced by ASRSQ members and designs training programs tailored to their needs.
Trycia Thibodeau-Deneault
Communication and Mobilization Agent
Thanks to her diverse background in social work, criminology, and graphic design, Trycia has brought a fresh take on the role of Communications and mobilization officer since 2024. Her experience in frontline work allows her to fully understand the challenges faced by ASRSQ members, while her graphic design skills help enhance the Association’s image and increase its visibility and recognition among the general public.
Kennys Vargas Ochoa
Assistant to Management and Accounting
Assistant to Management and Accounting, Kennys joined the ASRSQ in the summer of 2025. She holds a degree in economics and accounting obtained in Colombia, as well as a Professional Specialization Certificate (ASP) in legal secretarial studies completed in Canada. Her versatile profile enables her to effectively support the administrative and financial aspects of the Association. She is proud to contribute to the mission of the ASRSQ.
