The Association des services de réhabilitation sociale du Québec (ASRSQ) is made up of non-profit organizations that work in the areas of social and community reintegration of adult offenders and crime prevention.

  • Subscribe to the objectives and direction of the ASRSQ.
  • Be a non-profit community organization, as proven by:
  • Having an autonomous board of directors, mainly formed of community members acting as such, individually and independently;
  • Being responsible for its administrative management at the general assembly.
  • Be in operation.
  • Abide by the Association’s Standard of conduct.
  • Pay the annual subscription fee as set by the board of directors.
  • Send a written subscription request to the Association’s general management.
  • Enclose a copy of your chart, general guidelines, list of administrators, the previous year’s financial statement and activity report.

Once the documentation is received, the management assesses the content and sends a recommendation to the board of directors. The organization will then receive a written notice with the final decision. If the candidate is accepted as a member, it will have the opportunity to be mentored for a smooth integration.

The Association des services de réhabilitation sociale du Québec’s ethical code was designed to present the values and conduct guiding and supporting the members and their representatives, employees and administrators.

The Code will help maintain and strengthen the trust of the partners and the population towards the integrity of the active penal justice community network represented by the Association. It also serves to consolidate the respect and recognition of the role it is invited to play within the communities serviced by the member organizations.

  • If your overall revenues associated with the court-ordered clientele are between $0 and $200,000, your fee is calculated at $240.
  • If your total revenues associated with the court-ordered clientele are between $200,001 and $3M, your fee is calculated as follows: total revenues x 0.0024.
  • If your total revenues associated with the court-ordered clientele are more than $3M, your fee is established at $7,200.

* Definition of total revenues associated with court-ordered clients:

All sources of revenue (correctional services, Ministry of Health and Social Services, Ministry of Justice, Secrétariat à la condition féminine, donations, foundations, etc.) dedicated to the rehabilitation of individuals in conflict with the law, i.e. who have a criminal record or require specific intervention models. If you offer services to a clientele that is not exclusively court-ordered, you must estimate the % of people to whom you offer services in order to calculate your revenues. For example, if in your last audited fiscal year, you had total revenues of $500,000 and you estimate that 50% of your clientele was composed of people with a criminal record, the calculation of your fee will then be based on revenues of $250,000.
